FANTASY FOOTBALL RULES

TEAMS

Fantasy Football teams will consist of Fifteen players per team. Rosters will consist of players retained from the previous season, from the rookie draft and from waivers.

ROOKIE DRAFT

A rookie draft will be held each year before the opening day of the NFL season. The draft will consist of players drafted by NFL teams after the most recently concluded season. Teams will draft in the inverse order of the won-loss record.

WAIVERS

All requests for players must be made by 9:00 AM PDT Friday beginning on the Friday before the start of the season and ending the Friday before the playoffs.

A player picked up from waivers will cost $3 until the trading deadline and $5 there after.

If more than one owner requests the same individual player, the team with the least wins will prevail or the least wins the previous season on requests before the start of the season.If a team is making more than one such request, the subsequent players will have to be bypassed by all other teams.

Any player(s) released by a team may not be reacquired by the same team for a period of no less than two weeks from date of release.

TRADES

Owners may trade players and/or draft picks only until the NFL trading deadline. Any trades made after said date shall not take place until the end of the regular NFL season.

Draft picks must be less than a year and one month away to be traded.

ROSTERS

Final rosters for each week must be posted by Sunday morning at 9am. If changes are not received the lineup will remain the same as the previous week. If a illegal lineup is submitted or if a trade or waiver has rendered a lineup illegal the commissioner will make the necessary adjustments to the lineup.

Each team must start the following: 1 kicker, 1 Quaterback, 2- Runningbacks, 1 Tight End, 2 Wide Receivers.

SCORING and STANDINGS

Standings will consist of 2 divisions. Teams for each division will be determined from the standings from the previous season.

Standings will be determined by won-loss records, ties will be broken by total team points scored.

The points accumulated by a team's 7 designated starters versus their opponent's 7 starters will determine the outcome of each game.

Player scores are accumulated by totaling the total yards, adding 15 yards per TD, minus 30 yards per interception and minus 4 yards per incompletion.

PLAYOFFS

Winners from each division will play to determine 1st and 2nd place. Runnerups in each division will play for 3rd and 4th place. Third place finishers will play for 5th place.

PRIZE FUND

The total amount accumulated shall be awarded as follows:

First Place 40%

Second Place 25%

Third Place 20%

Fourth Place 10%

Fifth Place 5%

Money must be put in an advance account to cover the salary cap and any waiver deals you wish to make.

FEES and SALARIES

Entry Fee is $40, Waivers are $3 until the trading deadline and $5 there after.
